Other Products
Mentor UT is a portable ultrasonic phased array system designed and manufactured by Baker Hughes' Inspection Technologies. This instrument integrates ultrasonic electronic technology and industrial internet+ technology, featuring combined inspection capabilities for phased array, TOFD, and conventional UT methods.
Features:
1. Corrosion C-scan uses a dual linear array phased array probe with a blind zone less than 1.2mm;
2. Full data storage allows layered analysis of images at each interface after inspection, similar to CT imaging effects, providing data support for safety assessment;
3. WIFI & Bluetooth functionality enables remote operation of the device via mobile phone or computer when connected to a network;
4. Custom inspection process APP, similar to smartphone apps, eliminates complex device operation training and reduces training and management costs;
5. Supports X-Y axis encoder for panoramic display of defect images.
6. IP65 protection rating, waterproof and drop-resistant.
Fully Open Instrument Operation Platform
The fully open instrument operation platform allows users to design the device's operation interface according to their requirements, customize menus, and adjust display image sizes, etc.
Integrating Inspection Processes into Applications
Users can design and create inspection application APPs on the Mentor Create software platform. When designing the APP, users can fully integrate inspection process standards into the APP, designing inspection workflows, operation interfaces, operation menus, and display interfaces. The generated APP can run on all Mentor UT hosts.
Reducing Inspection Requirements
The guided inspection process workflow minimizes the requirements for inspection personnel. Documents, images, and other content can be incorporated into the inspection process workflow to maximize the reduction of errors by inspection personnel and minimize the impact of human factors on inspection results.
